How to Structure Your Message
To help the catalogue project address your report promptly, please include as many of the following details as are relevant:
- The exact URL (web address) of the page in question.
- The full title of the ebook or catalogue entry.
- The file format you tried to use (ePub, PDF, HTML, etc.).
- The device, operating system, and browser or reading software you were using.
- A clear description of the problem you observed.

What Happens After You Send a Report
When you submit a report, the catalogue project reviews it in the order it is received. For metadata corrections, the catalogue entry is updated at the earliest opportunity, and the change is reflected on the site. For file or reading issues, the catalogue project may test the file in different environments to reproduce the problem. Accessibility reports are taken seriously and may lead to adjustments in the site’s presentation or markup. Copyright queries are examined carefully, and if a title is found to be under copyright in a relevant jurisdiction, it may be removed or flagged. You will not receive an automated confirmation, but if a reply is necessary, the catalogue project will write to you directly.
